What is it?

A meditation class is a place to learn meditation techniques and practice them in a group setting. Meditation classes can include guided breathing to help reduce stress and tension. It can also include discussions and practical advice that can help with improving relationships or coping with stress.

What can I expect?

At Infinite Healing, our meditation classes are a judgment-free environment. We welcome open discussions and intentions. Our classes are held at our shop in the very back, with meditation pillows available if you would like. Our small group setting allows for intimate breathing exercise, postures, and discussions. If you would like to talk with our meditation teacher before the class, he is always willing to take a few minutes so you feel most comfortable.

Who is it for?

Whether you’re new to meditation or a long-time advocate, our meditation classes are open to everyone. We specialize in meditating for stress relief, mental illness and pain management. We also invite children and families to join our classes. Everyone learns something!
