What is it?

For those who have never tried yoga or don’t understand its benefits, we’re here to help! Yoga is a practice that combines physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation to improve health and well-being. It has been practiced for over 5,000 years with different cultures adopting different styles. Yoga improves all aspects of a person’s life, from physical to mental to spiritual and energetic well-being.

What can I expect?

We employ various yoga techniques in our classes depending on what is preferred or desired in a specific class. Classes can vary between different practices: vinyasa, ashtanga, hatha, and more. Each type of yoga practice focuses on individual needs. It’s great to start your class by setting an intention on what you hope to gain.

Who is it for?

Yoga is for everyone! We invite children, families, older and younger yoga-seekers to join us in our yoga classes.
